Acceptance and scope

By using the Dora app or the dora.clinic website you agree to these terms and conditions and to the privacy policy. Dora Clinics provides dermatology, aesthetics, skincare and laser services at its branches in Riyadh.

Services and prices can be browsed in the app without an account; reserving, managing appointments, and the wallet require an account verified with a Saudi mobile number.

Accounts and verification

Accounts are created with your mobile number and verified with a one-time code; there are no passwords. Your account is personal and non-transferable, and you are responsible for protecting your device and registered number and for all activity on your account.

Creating an account requires being at least 18 and providing accurate, up-to-date details — including the national or iqama ID number the law requires for determining VAT treatment.

Reservations and reference codes

When you pick a time in the app, the slot is held temporarily while you confirm, within a countdown shown to you; if the hold expires unconfirmed, the slot is automatically released to other customers.

Every confirmed reservation has a DR- reference code shown in the app; use it when visiting the branch or contacting us.

An app reservation is a preliminary booking under the clinic's policy; the clinic may need to reschedule it for operational reasons and will notify you. Please arrive with enough time before your appointment.

Cancellations and no-shows

You can cancel or change an appointment in the app or by contacting the branch sufficiently ahead of time. Significant lateness or a no-show may lead to the appointment being cancelled; repeated no-shows are subject to the clinic's policy and may restrict future advance booking.

Prices and VAT

Prices shown in the app come directly from the clinic's system and include VAT disclosure where applicable. VAT or its exemption is applied according to Saudi regulations and your registered ID status, and the final amount is shown before you confirm a reservation.

Tax invoices are issued from the clinic's approved systems in line with ZATCA requirements.

Payment, wallet, and packages

Payment is made at the branch or through the payment methods available in the app. Your account may hold a prepaid wallet balance or session packages; balances and sessions are used according to the terms of each package as announced at purchase.

Wallet balances and packages are personal, non-transferable to another account, and not redeemable for cash except under the approved refund policy and applicable regulations.

Refund requests are subject to the clinic's policy; amounts are returned to the original payment method or as wallet credit, depending on the case.

Medical disclaimer

Website and app content — including service descriptions — is for information only and is neither medical advice nor a promise of a treatment outcome. Diagnosis, and whether any procedure suits you, are determined through an in-clinic consultation with the specialist doctor.

Acceptable use

Misusing the service is prohibited, including: fictitious or repeated reservations intended to block appointment slots, impersonating others, attempting unauthorized access to systems, automated data collection, and reusing content commercially.

The app and updates

We develop the app continuously and some features may require updating to a newer version. Downloading the app from the App Store is additionally subject to Apple's standard store terms.

We may suspend or restrict an account that violates these terms or on serious suspicion of misuse, notifying you where the law allows.

Intellectual property

All content, marks, and logos on the website and app are owned by or licensed to Dora Clinics and may not be used without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in operating the app and website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Dora Clinics' liability is limited to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; this does not affect medical obligations governed by separate regulations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with its last-updated date, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
